POLICY & TERMS

A initial home visit with you and your furry friends is conducted prior to any new pet services being performed. There is no charge for this visit as I would like to meet you and your pet(s), complete the necessary paperwork, answer any questions and take a tour of your home including obtaining instructions on how to take care of your pets. This visit should take no more than one hour.

24 hour notice for my services is appreciated. I will make every effort to accommodate last minute requests.

Cancellations for pet sitting visits must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid being charged for the service. Dog walking clients may cancel at anytime prior to service. Your dog walking service will be credited to another day.

Payment for vacation pet sitting or 4 consecutive days of sitting is due on the day of service. All other services will be billed weekly or monthly at the clients request. I accept cash, checks or money orders. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Keys: I will collect a key(s) from you at the initial visit, will have them tagged and kept in a safe place in my home. I prefer to retain your key(s) for future visits or those last minute needs you may have. If I am pet sitting while you are away, I prefer not to leave your key in your home after my last scheduled visit just in case you are delayed and your pet needs additional care.
